Catering, Prep and Delivery in Cheektowaga, NY

Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience

Charlie The Butcher's Catering Center not only services Charlie The Butcher's catering customers, it also functions as a warehouse/commissary for our six area restaurants and five cold case concepts. In addition to preparing meats, salads and condiments for catering, employees at this location are also responsible for preparing salads, sandwiches, wraps and home meal replacement packages for delivery to our restaurants six days per week (Monday through Saturday).

Catering Center Food Prep personnel report for work at 8:00 am and work through deliveries in the noon hour. They should expect 6 to 8 hour shifts, five days a week, with opportunity for more hours in the summer and over holidays. Catering Center Food Prep personnel are responsible for the work mentioned above, daily opening and closing duties, side work, cleaning, facility maintenance, washing dishes and excellent customer service. Applicants for this position must have a clean driver's license and be able to lift up to 30 pounds often and 50 pounds occasionally.

We are also training applicants in this position to recreate Charlie's recipes for soups, pasta salads and desserts that are served company wide.

Paid training wage based on previous experience in the food service industry. Part time positions currently available. $15.00 to $17.00 per hour ($23000 to $26520 annually part time)
