Case Counselor in Lockport, NY

Case Counselor (Niagara County): Overall responsibility for individual and group counseling. Implement case management of youth. Coordinates family-related services. Attends all necessary court appointments. Conduct in-take interviews and assessments. Prepare case histories of youth. Develop a plan of care for youth and their family. Advocate for youth and family. Provide crisis intervention services to youth and families. Maintain all records.

Minimum requirements: bachelor’s degree in a social science field with 2-3 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families. Must have valid NYS Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Full-time position, Non-Exempt position.
