Bookkeeper in Cheektowaga, NY

Salary Range: $18-$24/hour based on experience.

We are seeking a full-time bookkeeper to join our dedicated staff . The candidate will enjoy a clean and relaxed work environment.

The candidate for this position must have a keen attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a commitment to effectively managing
accounting records. Strong candidates would have month-end financials experience, intermediate accounting knowledge, bank reconciliation knowledge, and payable and receivables.

We are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Process accounts receivables, payables, and cash receipts in an accurate manner
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
• Monthly sales and tax reports, job costing, preparing monthly statements and collections
• Prepare and maintain relevant financial reports and analyses including cost and expense
• Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local legal requirements

Pay range: $18-$24/hour based on experience.
