Salary Range: $45-$65k

Assistant Manager

Previous management automotive/tire sales experience preferred. Should be hard working, responsible, dependable with good communication skills and professional appearance. Ability to analyze, identify problems, make decisions. Ability to read, follow up and understand procedures. Responsibilities include but not limited to building customer relationships, ensure excellent service between technicians and the customer, help increase to reach sales goals thru customer interaction including tire and service sales. Effectively mange the service dept. as needed. Maintain a clean and safe counter and waiting area. Full time located in Orchard Park. $45-$65K. Weekly pay with bonus potential. Vacation, holiday, and PTO.
