Homespace Corporation is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to work Monday thru Friday at their Delaware Ave. location.
Ideal candidate will be highly organized and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Executive, Directors and Human Resource department, while assisting and managing daily agency/office needs. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be proactive and able to work independently, able to organize their work, and be proficient in MS Office Suite and other office equipment.
Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma/HSE and two (2) years of Administrative or Office Support experience. Must possess a NYS Driver’s License, have the use of a personal vehicle, successful applicants will be subject to State-mandated and other background checks as a condition of beginning employment.
