Accounts Payable Specialist in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $22-$25/hour

KRG has partnered with a Buffalo-based non-profit who is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team on a temporary basis. This position is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring the organization`s accounting transactions are current and accurate.

Responsibilities include:
-Ensuring cash and ACH payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
-Handling expense activity with Fund EZ software
-Assisting with month end reconciliations
-Overseeing any aging balances, credits, etc.

Qualified candidates will be highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Problem solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential to succeeding in this role.

Job Requirements:
-Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration
-2+ years of accounts payable or general ledger experience
-Experience with Fund EZ and Parish Data software a plus
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Indefinite assignment
-35 hr work week
