Accountant in Orchard Park, NY

Salary Range: $54,399.00-70,199.00 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• General ledger, accounts payable/receivable
• Proper invoice authorization, processes and
cash reports
• Proper coding with correct G/L and cost center
• Prioritizing payments and coordination with
payroll services
• Responsible for the generation of weekly
corporate checks
• Weekly management meetings

Qualifications
• Strong PC computer skills utilizing Microsoft
Excel and QuickBooks applications
• Planning and organization; the ability to
manage multiple systems in a timely and
accurate manor
• Ability to successfully fulfill role and
responsibilities within a team-based work
environment

Pay Range:
$54,399.00-70,199.00 per year
Monday-Friday in Person
