Salary Range: $60,000/year

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our clients team.
This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain vendor files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
• Assist with month-end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts payable role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
