- Responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing with the operations and programs of the nursing department. Assists in directing, coordinating and supervising all clinical staff.
- Responsible for monitoring appropriate job performance and completion of evaluations and counseling of staff as directed by the Director of Nursing.
- Assures the residents’ rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to register complaints, are well established and maintained.
- Engages in studies and investigations related to improving care.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have a current NYS Registered Nurse license.

Full Time position
Salary range: $80,000-$90,000 (depends on experience), $5,000 sign on bonus!
