Salary Range: $17.50 - $23.00

The Youth Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating Operation I Am, Inc.’s youth development programs. The coordinator creates safe, engaging, and empowering experiences that promote academic success, leadership, character development, social-emotional learning, life skills, and positive decision-making for children and adolescents.

This position works closely with youth, parents, schools, community partners, volunteers, and staff to ensure all programming aligns with the mission and values of Operation I Am, Inc.
