Salary Range: $16 -$20/hr. depending on experience

This is a great position for farmers or students, etc. who may need flexibility for farm work or studies. The ideal candidates will have:
• a mechanical aptitude;
• be able to read blueprints;
• speak English;
• have reliable transportation.
These openings with a local, family owned business offer:
• A flexible schedule between the operating hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri;
• A pay rate of $16 - $20/hr. (depending on experience;)
• Paid vacation time and profit sharing program;
• An opportunity to learn farm tractor and vintage vehicle wiring methods, standards, and design!

Wireless Harness Technician: The Technician is responsible for the wiring harness repair for most makes of farm tractors, etc.
• Reverse engineering of wiring harnesses
• Drawing of wiring harness patterns and diagrams
• Assisting in wiring harness production

Requirements:
• Must be able to handle unexpected problems with good problem solving abilities;
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds;
• Detail-oriented with some artistic ability;
• Must be able to operate hand crimping tools.
