Wellness Leader / Activity Aide
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Position Summary
The Wellness Leader enhances residents' quality of life by planning and leading engaging recreational, social, and wellness activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being. This role encourages resident participation, fosters meaningful connections, and helps create a positive, welcoming community environment.

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and lead individual and group activities that meet the interests and abilities of residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain activity areas, supplies, and required documentation.
• Observe residents during activities and communicate concerns to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful when working with older adults.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Creative, flexible, and able to motivate and engage residents.
• Ability to complete required documentation and follow assigned responsibilities.
