Valet Supervisor in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $17.50 To $18.50 / hour

The Valet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily valet parking operations to ensure safe, efficient, and courteous service for hotel guests. This role actively participates in valet duties, including driving guest vehicles and operating a company-owned shuttle van, while coordinating the shift’s workflow, supporting fellow valets to ensure seamless traffic movement and guest satisfaction. The Valet Supervisor ensures exceptional guest experience and compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.

This role requires weekend, holiday & morning availability. This is a full-time position with variable hours based on availability and business needs. Flexibility with scheduling is essential to meet the needs of our hotel operations.

Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of valet parking, transportation, or related guest service experience required.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Experience driving automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Experience operating a shuttle van or similar vehicle preferred.
