Salary Range: $20.00/hr.

Trade Marketing Associate is a temporary full-time position responsible for promoting and representing TMG brands through product demonstrations, events, community engagement, and marketing campaigns.

The role serves as a brand ambassador, helping increase brand awareness, build customer loyalty, and create positive customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include educating consumers about products and promotions, setting up marketing displays, supporting social media initiatives, gathering customer feedback, tracking promotional inventory, and monitoring market trends.
The position works closely with sales and marketing teams to support brand growth and customer engagement.
Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or a related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events is necessary.
The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, dependable, and passionate about building positive relationships while representing TMG’s mission, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Experience working within Tribal communities is considered an asset.
