Support Staff in Buffalo, New York

Salary Range: $23/hr.

We are hiring for Support Staff positions:

• No Mandated Overtime for Support Staff. Generous paid time off plan. Part-time and Full-time openings.
• Support Staff positions start at $23.00/hour. Must be 18 years old and have valid NYS Driver’s License.

Work within our group homes and apartment settings to provide a wide variety of person-centered supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs will provide support with daily living activities and sharing in their interests and hobbies; while modeling, teaching, and advocating for them to achieve their highest level of independent living to enable their fullest participation in society. DSPs are responsible for the supervision and safety of those residing at their site, medication administration, medical appointment participation, and household chores and cleaning.
