Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our auto body supply location in Alden, NY. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a solid understanding of automotive paint and body repair products. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing operations, and building relationships with local shops.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet sales and service goals
- Build and maintain relationships with local auto body shops
- Manage inventory, including ordering paints, tools, and supplies
- Ensure accurate paint mixing and product handling (if applicable)
- Track sales performance and implement growth strategies
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications
- Retail management or supervisory experience required
- Automotive or auto body industry knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory systems and sales tracking
- Valid driver’s license preferred
