Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000

The ideal candidates will have prior construction/insulation experience, but we are willing to train the right people. We have always said that insulation work is not glamorous, but can be very lucrative for the person that is willing to put the work in and work the longer hours when the particular day or job calls for it. Our employees have plenty of job security simply by showing up on time, putting in an honest day of work (8-10 hours), and doing things right for the customer & the company. The pay that is listed is a starting point. Once you are able to gain enough experience to run your own rig, you will be able to push your five figure salary up to six figures.
