Salary Range: $52,000

Holy Cross Head Start is a comprehensive school readiness program, helping children and families succeed - from preschool through life. Holy Cross Head Start offers a pre-kindergarten school experience for 3 and 4 year old children, centered on literacy, math and social skills.

Social Services Coordinator:
Oversees & provides case management to children and families. Responsible for the management and the coordination of the family/community services within agency. Coordinates & assists in the recruitment of children & families. Maintain compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. Works collaboratively with Holy Cross Management Team, community members, staff and parents. Monitors enrollment and attendance. A Bachelors or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Social Work or related human service field with three years’ work experience in a human service agency, preferably with low-income children and families.

12-month position - $52,000 annually plus benefits.
