Salary Range: $32-$40/hr Based on Experience

Position: Renovation Laborer – Jack of All Trades
Location: Western New York
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable and versatile Renovation Laborer with experience in a variety of trades to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can assist with all aspects of
residential and commercial renovation projects.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with renovation, remodeling, and property improvement projects.
• Perform general carpentry, drywall installation and repair, painting, flooring, and finishing work.
• Assist with demolition, cleanup, and site preparation.
• Install doors, trim, cabinets, fixtures, and other building components.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and maintenance tasks as permitted.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in construction, renovations, or multiple skilled trades.
• Strong knowledge of general carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing work.
• Ability to read basic plans and follow project specifications.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
