Salary Range: $20 - 35 an hour based on experience

The Shingler installs, repairs, and replaces roofing shingles on residential and commercial buildings. This role involves removing old roofing materials, preparing roof surfaces, installing underlayment and shingles, and ensuring roofs are weatherproof and built to company quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces
- Install underlayment, flashing, vents, and waterproofing materials
- Operate ladders, hand tools, and roofing equipment safely
- Follow company safety standards and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized job sites

Qualifications
- Previous roofing experience preferred
- reliable transportation and timeliness is a must
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
