Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Write Repair Orders, estimating the time and cost of every repair
• Prioritize required services, and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Must have fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Efficient in computer skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
