Starting Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hr
-Full Time: 37.5 hours/week,
-Flexible As Needed, Hybrid Position
▪ Typically M–F, 7 am–3 pm
▪ Occasional evenings and weekends
▪ The Senior Employment Specialist provides job development, coaching, and ongoing support in community-based employment settings, ensuring high-quality documentation while promoting independence, organization, and workplace success.

- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related human services field and one year of direct service experience with adults with developmental disabilities.
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred
