Seasonal Groundskeeper in Orchard Park, NY

Salary Range: $20.00/hr.

National Property Management Associates, Inc. is seeking reliable Seasonal Groundskeepers to maintain the appearance and safety of our residential communities in WNY.
Travel between various sites may be required.
High school and college students encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:
• Planting flowers and maintaining landscaping
• Removing weeds and debris
• Light irrigation and equipment maintenance
• Painting and general maintenance

Qualifications:
• Previous landscaping or grounds experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable with strong attention to detail

Schedule: Generally, May to September time frame; 32-40 hours per week depending on need.
Rate of pay: $20.00/hour; $250 stay bonus upon successful completion of seasonal schedule.
