We’re a rapidly growing logistics and fulfillment company looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy Sales & Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.This is a blended role where you’ll support the sales and marketing process while helping the executive team stay focused and organized. Ideal for someone early in their career or with hands-on experience in marketing, business support, or coordination roles — especially if you are a creative person who enjoys wearing multiple hats and learning how a business really runs. You have a significant voice formulating our social media brand / associated campaigns and ensuring our sales and marketing efforts are fully aligned.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Outreach & Lead Generation
• Build and manage prospect lists using online tools and platforms
• Help run outbound campaigns via email and social media
• Track outreach performance and update CRM systems
• Support pre-call research and follow-up coordination
2. Sales Process Support
• Assist with estimates, proposals, and client prep materials
• Schedule discovery calls and track next steps
• Coordinate handoffs from sales to operations
• Keep internal sales trackers up to date
3. Marketing & Content Coordination
• Help plan and schedule social media posts and marketing updates
• Maintain email contact lists and support email campaigns
• Contribute to company newsletter, case studies, or post content
• Track basic marketing performance metrics and engagement
4. Executive & Business Operations Support
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and team coordination for executives
• Prepare materials for key internal and external meetings
• Help organize team events, travel logistics, and facility needs
• Serve as a reliable go-to for cross-functional coordination and follow-up
What You Bring
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sales support, marketing, or business operations — or a relevant degree with internship/work experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Confidence using basic marketing tools, CRM, or project/task trackers
• A proactive mindset and ability to manage shifting priorities
• Comfortable working with leadership and contributing to cross-functional projects
