Sales Assistant/Greeter in Orchard Park, NY

Salary Range: $17.00/hr.

Duties of the position include but are not
limited to:
• Greeting visitors in luxurious, fully furnished Essex Homes model home in Orchard Park ,NY in during model hours
• Providing general information on buildable floorplans, available building lots, and homes for sale in Essex Homes’ communities
• Working with their respective sales manager to coordinate visitor follow up, showings, open houses, etc.

Associate must meet the following qualifications:
• Have a positive work ethic, be organized, and pay attention to detail
• Be patient and courteous with other associates, and most importantly, customers
• Have a dependable vehicle to travel to houses and a valid driver’s license
• This position is part-time, consisting of mainly four-hour shifts, typically from 1pm-5pm Saturdays through Wednesdays, but days are flexible.
• This position offers $17.00/hour.
• Sales bonuses available.
