Route Service Technician in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $18-$22/hr.

Knox Amusement is a leading provider of dart boards, jukeboxes, pool tables, and amusement equipment in the Greater Buffalo Area. We are seeking a dedicated Route Service Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Address service calls on an as needed basis
• Clean amusement machines inside and out – this includes cranes, video games, dart boards, jukeboxes
• Troubleshoot any issues with the machines, working with tech support as needed
• Support other staff with installing and removing equipment from locations
• Work independently and efficiently
• Using a work vehicle, drive to various locations within the Greater Buffalo Area

Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic machine repair preferred
• Physically able to perform the required tasks
• Regular, reliable attendance required
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service & communication skills

Pay Rate: $18-$22/hr
