We’re currently looking for a motivated and experienced full-time Parts Counter Person with GM knowledge to join our fast-paced, customer-focused parts department at Cappellino Cadillac.

About the Role:

• Full-time day position available
• Assist retail and wholesale customers in-person and over the phone
• Look up and provide correct parts and pricing
• Create and process invoices
• Pull and fill orders from stock accurately
• Maintain inventory and perform weekly bin checks
• Deliver and pick up parts as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior GM parts experience strongly preferred- at least 1 year experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good computer and data entry abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
