Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $22.89 per hour

Highest DSP pay in Western NY- $22.89 per hour with no shift or site differential!
Full-time or part-time shifts available
Day, evening or overnight schedules
Paid training- no experience needed

What You’ll Do Every Single Shift

Work directly with individuals and provide hands-on direct care
Assist with daily routines such as meals, activities, and personal care
Encourage independence and life skills
Support community outings and recreation
Be a positive role model and part of a supportive team
Basic Requirements

Valid NYS driver’s license & approved driving record
High school diploma or GED preferred
Human services experience helpful but not required- we provide paid training
Upbeat, positive attitude
