Resident Service Specialist/Leasing Agent
30 hours weekly $20- 24$ hourly
Mon-Wed-Friday- Saturday

Responding to leads, showing units, running credit apps, electronically sending leases, move in move out inspections.
Assist current residents and obtaining new residents to move into newly constructed townhome community.
Fast pace, multitask, good customer service and sales skills required.
