(Part-time, not benefit eligible, 12-16 hours per week)
Responsible for answering & directing all calls, greeting visitors, assisting with emergencies, helping Community Members and visitors, conducting office clerical work, sorting mail, providing assistance to the administrative staff , and basic day-to-day front desk operations.
Computer skills required and preferred two years of office experience. Strong customer service skills, multi-tasking and compassion is a must. Shifts are evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Hourly rate: $16.00
