The Receptionist & Office Coordinator role is responsible for greeting, welcoming, and appropriately directing Essex Homes of WNY’s valued office visitors and callers.
This role also provides general office support to ensure Essex Homes’ successful business operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Begins daily office operations by opening the facility and performing corresponding opening duties
• Serves visitors and callers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, providing high level customer service
both internally and externally
• Maintains office services such as daily mail and package distribution
• Maintains office supply inventory
• Provides advanced level administrative support to the President as well as administrative support to leadership and additional
associates as needed

Maintains branded assets such as:
• Digital assets and their content (company website, Facebook profile, and Zillow profile)
Print assets (sales collateral)
• Serves as company liaison to local media outlets for weekly advertisements
• Oversees special projects as assigned by company leadership

Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of Associate degree required
• 3-5 years office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher)
• Basic Photoshop proficiency preferred; willingness to learn basic Photoshop (if applicable) required
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism and customer focus
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances and priorities in an organized, detail-
oriented, accurate, and timely manor

Salary ranges from $42,000 to $45,000 annually plus full-time benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
