Purchasing:
DMIC is looking for a Purchasing Agent to join our team with 5 years’ experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with raw material: steel, stainless, duplex, aluminum, various plastics and related materials within a CNC shop. Must have previous experience leading purchasing-based cost reduction projects, excellent communication abilities along with proven negotiation skills, strong computer aptitude with ERP and MRP software. Individual will be required to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with working with International Vendors an asset. Applicants with a 4 year degree in CPIM, CSCP and APICS desired. Knowledge of Microsoft Office environment required with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision a definite asset.
