Sotek, Inc. is a manufacturer of components and assemblies used in large electrical motors and generators.

We are located in the Southtowns and are currently looking to fill the following Full-time industrial manufacturing positions (1st and 2nd shifts):

Punch Press Operators

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Able to operate Minster model Presses (Straight Side and Gap)
• Familiar with Progressive and One Stamp dies on various presses
• Interpret written job instructions / travelers
• Meets or exceed posted production rates for each job
• Adheres to and can train new operators for job quality standards as outlined in the quality manual
• Carry out all other duties as directed by the area supervisor without follow up
• Participates in teams to improve items such as productivity, 5S, Inventory accuracy and scrap reduction within the work center.
• Adheres and promotes companies Health and Safety program

Salary Range $21 – $25 / hr (pay commensurate with experience)
