Salary Range: $25-$27/hr.

UBMD Primary Care is seeking a skilled and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Office Coordinator to support our Addiction Medicine clinic. This role combines clinical care, coordination, and operational oversight, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient environment and enjoys both patient interaction and workflow management. We are looking for candidates with strong communication, organizational, multitasking and customer‑service skills, as well as experience using electronic medical records. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years experience in healthcare administration or clinical operations.

Pay range is $25.00-$27.00/hour based on experience

Schedule is based on 22.5 - 29 hours per week with required in-office hours: Monday 8 am-5 pm & Thursday 8 am-11 am.

Weekends and Holidays Off! 7.5 hour day shift. Competitive salary/benefits and generous paid time off.
