Production Supervisor of Electronic Repair Technicians in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $29-$39, depending on experience.

The Supervisor drives performance, quality, and teamwork to ensure outstanding industrial electronic repair services and customer satisfaction.

Position Duties:
• Lead and mentor a team of Electronic Repair Technicians to achieve quality and productivity goals
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting guidance for the repair of industrial electronics down to the component level of a circuit board
• Develop and maintain training programs to strengthen technician skills and promote growth
• Set, track, and evaluate departmental KPIs to ensure operational excellence
• Oversee equipment, bench setups, and ESD compliance across the facility
• Enforce and maintain safety standards throughout the shop
• Collaborate with team to resolve customer issues and support accurate quoting
• Perform occasional field diagnostics for customers
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on operational discipline, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements:
• Strong understanding of industrial electronics and their applications
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, preferably at the circuit-board level
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
