Production Staff (Truck Driver/Stage Crew) in Lancaster, NY

Salary Range: $18–25/hr (based on experience)

Our Production Staff is the heartbeat of every event—making sure everything runs smoothly from load-in to curtain close!

Position: Production Staff (with Truck Driving Responsibilities)
Location: Warehouse in Lancaster, NY + travel to event sites across the Northeast
Commitment: Seasonal/Event-Based (some fall events, then weekend travel Jan–July)

Responsibilities:
• Drive a 15’ box truck with production gear to and from event venues
• Assist with load-in/load-out (staging, lighting, sound equipment)
• Operate technical equipment (lighting, sound, livestream – training provided)
• Work closely with ADA Directors, Managers, and Crew to deliver a seamless event

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record (CDL not required)
• Must pass a background check
• Experience driving box trucks/large vehicles preferred
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and handle physically active shifts
• Stage crew or live event experience a plus (but not required!)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Weekend availability and willingness to travel is a must
