Pool Service Technician Helper in Lancaster, NY

Salary Range: Competitive starting pay at $16.50/hr.

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Pool Service Technician helpers.
As a Pool Service Technician helper, you will be responsible for helping to maintain and service pools to ensure they are safe, clean, and fully operational.
This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and scrubbing.
• Test pool water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as necessary to maintain proper balance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment maintenance, and inventory.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred
