Key Responsibilities: The role requires technical skill coupled with excellent customer communication and service delivery:
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs, confidently present job quotes, and successfully close the proposed work.
• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues.
• Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, valves, and piping systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of residential plumbing experience, 2 years preferred
• Journeyman license preferred, but not required
• Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and
recommend additional services that enhance their experience

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive hourly wage: $30–$40/hour, based on experience Performance-based commission opportunities
• Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
• Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.
• Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week .
