UBMD Primary Care is seeking a patient‑focused Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our busy outpatient clinic in Orchard Park. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys helping patients feel supported from the moment they walk in. The schedule is Monday–Friday based on 20-25 hours per week.

Patient Services Representative - Front desk/patient check in and out, Part-Time openings
Salary : $17.00 to $19.00/hour
Location - Downtown - FREE PARKING!!
Schedule - The schedule is generally Monday–Friday based on 30 hours per week (must be able to work Thursday evenings 12-8pm).

Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing a high call volume, performing check‑in and check‑out, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, collecting copays and completing daily copay reports, and providing general customer service and office support. Candidates must have excellent communication and multi‑tasking skills, 1–2 years of medical office experience, proficiency with EMR and Healthenet, and general office skills such as faxing and copying.
