Part Time Maintenance Assistant – $18.00/hr. + Benefits (20 hours a week)
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to support building and grounds upkeep.
Responsibilities include routine janitorial duties, minor repairs, cleaning sidewalks, debris removal, snow shoveling, lawn care, and basic maintenance tasks.
Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities such as climbing ladders, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Prior maintenance experience is a plus.
