Outside Sales Representative - Eastern Region

DMIC is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead our growth across the Eastern U.S. and Eastern Canada. This is a pivotal role for a self-starter who excels at building lasting relationships with Distributors and OEMs. If you are a technical sales professional who thrives on the road and enjoys the challenge of displacing competitors with superior solutions, we want to hear from vou.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Growth: Execute business plans to meet territory expansion goals and identify new revenue streams within existing accounts.
• Business Development: Proactively hunt for new OEM and Distribution partners through networking and lead generation.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to displace competitors' products with DMIC solutions.
• Field Engagement: Provide hands-on support to customers, spending approximately 50% of your time traveling within the region.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless customer delivery.

Qualifications
• Education: 2-year degree required; Fluid Power certification is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in technical sales (Hydraulics, Fluid Power, or Manufacturing preferred).
• Skills: Proficient in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office; exceptional multitasking and remote management abilities.
• Logistics: Must be able to manage 50% travel, including international travel to Eastern Canada.
