Springville Door & Window is a trusted, locally owned company with over 30 years of experience providing high-quality windows, doors, and home improvement solutions. We recently expanded with a new location in Fredonia, NY, and we’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home sales appointments. This role is responsible for meeting with homeowners, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. If you have experience in home improvement sales or enjoy working directly with people, this is a great opportunity to earn strong commissions with a respected company.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
• Present product options (windows, doors, and related solutions) and explain benefits
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing, showroom visits, and referrals
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain a professional image
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the Fredonia location

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in outside sales, in-home sales, or home improvement industry (preferred, but not required – training provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong closing ability and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
