Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join the Baer’s Auto Parts team. In this role, you will grow our customer base across Western New York and Northeast Pennsylvania, visiting clients in person and promoting our wide range of auto parts, auto body, and detailing supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a company-supplied van stocked with inventory, keeping it clean, organized, and ready for daily sales activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by visiting auto shops, garages, body shops, and fleet accounts
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Present and recommend products tailored to each customer’s needs, including auto parts, auto body, and detailing supplies
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM
- Keep company van stocked, clean, and organized
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications
- Previous experience in outside/field sales, preferably in automotive parts, auto body, or detailing supplies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain an organized vehicle
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
