Key Responsibilities - Guest Experience Excellence
• Deliver exceptional manicures and pedicures tailored to each guest’s needs
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in compliance with state regulations
• Recommend treatments, enhancements, and home care products to support guest goals
• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for every client

Technical Expertise
• Perform a variety of nail services including classic, gel, and specialty treatments
• Apply nail art and advanced techniques as requested
• Stay updated on current trends, products, and techniques through ongoing training

Team Collaboration
• Work cohesively with fellow spa professionals to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional team culture

Qualifications
• Current Nail Technician license (Required)
• 1+ year of nail care experience (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for beauty and wellness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to upholding sanitation and safety standards
