Mobile Customer Sevice Rep in Amherst, NY

Spectrum is continuing to grow and expanding employment opportunities in the community we serve. As the fastest-growing mobile provider, our new call center will be located in Amherst, NY (Main St. and Eggert Rd., near UB South campus) and will provide activation and support to our mobile customers.

Mobile Customer Service Rep:
Full-time entry to mid-level customer service roles troubleshooting and resolving mobile customer technology and service issues, including activation and repair and basic billing. Starting rate of pay $20/hr and shift end times no later than 9pm.
