📍 East Aurora, NY | Full-Time | Salary + Medicare Commission
Hartloff Benefit Solutions is seeking an advisor to help clients navigate Medicare and Individual Health Insurance plans. This role focuses on client enrollment, servicing, and renewals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Guide new-to-Medicare clients through enrollments
• Support renewals and plan changes
• Assist with client service issues, including claims
• Maintain certifications (AHIP, NYSOH, carriers)
• Help with Individual enrollments (non-commissionable)
• Collaborate on outreach events and growth initiatives

What You Bring:
• Active NYS Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
• Medicare certification (or ability to certify)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office + CRM systems
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
