- Build long-term relationships with clients and caregivers
- Enrollment & Operations Support
- Complete and submit Medicare enrollments accurately and on time
- Collect, track, and manage required documentation
- Maintain detailed, compliant notes in our databases
- Track application status and resolve enrollment issues with carriers
- Support internal workflows to ensure no follow-ups are missed
- Assist with daily office operations, including phones, greeting clients, and file preparation
- Ownership of full-cycle inventory of Medicare collateral
- Compliance & Quality Control
- Adhere to CMS guidelines, carrier requirements, and agency compliance standards
- Ensure all documentation is audit-ready
- Complete ongoing Medicare training and certifications
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Medicare team, client experience staff, and leadership
- Assist with Medicare community outreach and partner collaborations
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows, efficiency, and client experience
