Medical Assistant in Kenmore, NY

Salary Range: $17 - $20 per hour based on experience

Responsible for welcoming the patients into the clinic and completing their visit.
A medical assistant will obtain vital signs, medical history, and begin diagnostic testing that is required by the requesting employer.
Types of testing include drug screens, pulmonary function screenings, EKG’s, phlebotomy, respirator fit testing, audiometry, etc.
Medical assistants are also responsible for administrative duties such as stocking rooms, supply inventory, chart documentation, and preparing paperwork.
An ideal candidate would demonstrate the ability to work both as a team and independently, have a strong sense of multitasking and great communication skills.
Pay Rate: $18 – 20 Monday through Friday
