Mechanical Boiler Room Handyman in Grand Island, NY

Salary Range: $20-$24 per hour

Full time position, Monday – Friday, some weekends may be required, noisy, mechanical environment, tasks include:
1. floors to be kept clean
2. paint equipment, pumps, motors, railings, etc
3. light bulb replacement
4. keep piping and insulation clean
5. small handyman type projects, hanging shelves, signs, etc

Must have at least 4 years of experience in a general industry environment and be able to climb ladders, paint, use hand and power tools and clean all areas as required.
