Manufacturing Team Member I (all shifts available)

$1000 Sign-On Bonus (1st shift)
$2000 Sign-On Bonus (2nd & 3rd shift)

Job Summary:
This position will complete training and develop the competencies necessary to perform assembly and inspection operations and processes. The incumbent seeks out and readily accepts opportunities for cross training and is expected to follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 0-1 years light assembly experience or in a regulated industry ideal, medical device experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction. Must possess the ability to recognize defects in workmanship.
Special Skills: Ability to read blueprints a plus

$17-$23/hour dependent on shift and experience
